Job Description SummaryThe successful applicant will be an Advanced Practice Provider interested in working full-time in the pre- and post- operative care of cardiac and thoracic surgical patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. The APP will join a busy Cardiothoracic Surgery division that includes 5 cardiac surgeons, 3 thoracic surgeons, 9 residents and 6 APPs. The division performs CABG, valve repair and replacement, robotic heart surgery, left ventricular assist device placement, heart and lung transplant, lobectomy, esophagectomies and more. The Cardiothoracic Surgery Division is a leader in surgical care for patients.

Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Salaried/Exempt
Hours per week: 40
Scheduled Work Hours/Shift: Rotating days, nights and weekends. 12.5 hour rotating inpatient shifts. 8-hour outpatient shifts.
